We are currently an in-network provider for most health plans such as: Accountable Health , Aetna all plans included Aetna Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield all plans, Cigna, Corvel, Choice Care – Healthsmart, Humana, Family Health America, First Health, CCN, Galaxy Health, Great West, HNA, Healthfirst, Medicare, National Choice Care, National Provider Network, Pacific Care PPO & HMO, PHCS, PPO Next, PHCS, Secure Horizons, South West Medical Provider Network, Texas True Choice, Unicare and United Health Care. Just call the office and provide your insurance information and we will be happy to verify your benefits.

We are an in-network provider for Cigna effective 7/24/08 thru ChiroNet.

We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family. We offer discounts to seniors, military personnel, and students. We have a CHIROPRACTIC WELLNESS PROGRAM and a MASSAGE WELLNESS PROGRAM.

If you choose to pay at time of service, we offer a "time of service payment" discount of 30%.

No one should go without the care, due to financial burdens.
If you need care but have no healthcare coverage, or the cost of care would be an undue financial burden, we have a hardship discount program. You will need to fill out a financial hardship form and qualify.

Payment for professional services are due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

AFTER HOURS - EMERGENCY SERVICES
Emergency Chiropractic Care is available to existing patients. Please call the office and Dial 148 for after hours emergency service. Please listen to instructions.

AUTO INJURIES Auto injuries are covered under each persons PIP (personal injury protection). We will accept auto injuries on a cash basis or with PIP coverage ONLY. Insurance companies are required to allow you to use you PIP coverage even when the accident was not your fault - AT NO COST TO YOU or penalty. Often the insurance company will collect the costs of your care from the insurance company of the person who is responsible for the accident.
